AMEC Partnership

The Alzheimer’s Association® is proud to partner with the African Methodist Episcopal Church to raise awareness of Alzheimer’s disease in the African American community. By working together, we can help all those affected find access to care and support services, engage in research and advance advocacy.

Faith Outreach Representatives raise awareness of our programs, provide basic information, and link consumers to services through their congregations and other faith communities.

Support Group Facilitators
