Summary:

Meeting Attendance Data Entry Volunteers

Alzheimer's Association Meeting Attendance Data Entry Volunteers are responsible for entering constituent attendance data from program and event sign-in sheets.

Key Activities:

  • Data entry into the Association’s Meeting Attendance online portal.
  • Data typically includes name, contact information and meeting information.
  • Position requires being able to interpret hand-written and typed data and accurately enter the information into a web form.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability with precisely typing data into online forms.

  • Highly detail oriented and takes initiative to check own work for accuracy.
  • Familiarity with email, google drive, calendar.
  • Must be age 18 to apply. Background checks are required.

Commitment Expected:

  • Orientation includes: reviewing online volunteer welcome video (20 minutes) + meeting attendance tool training (30 minutes).
  • Background checks and signed Conflict of Interest / Confidentiality Agreement are required as part of the volunteer selection process.
  • Comply with Alzheimer’s Association volunteer policies and procedures.

The Alzheimer's Association will provide training, information and electronic or printed materials to assist in your efforts. Orientation includes several hours of online learning, self-study and shadowing or mentoring by local Alzheimer's Association staff and volunteers. Some materials are available in multiple languages.
